Refund policy
At Looply, we strive to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a photo that clearly shows the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal-use items like earbuds if opened.
To begin a return or refund request, please contact us at officiallooply@gmail.com. Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we’ll let you know the next steps. In many cases, returns do not require the product to be sent back, especially when handled directly with our suppliers. Each case is reviewed individually, and our goal is to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If 15 business days have passed since you were notified of a refund and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us for assistance.
For customers located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must still be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.
